the great Brazilian percussionist, singer, songwriter, and producer,
whose career has garnered international recognition and respect.
A prolific artist, and sensitive producer, with the determination
and professionalism of a business man, Café has
contributed to both Brazilian and World Music with his own perspectives and talents
enhancing the work of countless other artists. The list
of Brazilian artists would include: Chico Buarque, Milton Nascimento,
Djavan, Simone, Gilberto Gil, and Emilio Santiago. In the U.S.
the list includes greats such as: Stevie Winwood, James Last, Phillippe Saisse,
